Position: Inside Sales/Account Manager

Reports To: Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and up-sell current customer base.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of territory.
• View and discuss product with warehouse counterpart daily.
• Strategize with outside salesperson to increase territory growth.
• Communicate with drivers daily about customer needs and new accounts.
• Share market and product information with buyer daily.
• Order entry and confirmation of invoices in the computer.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year previous inside sales/customer service experience.
• Must be a team player; communicate well with co-workers.
• Clear telephone voice with proper phone etiquette.
• Good grammar, mathematics and computer skills.
• Shows initiative; willing to work until job is completed.
• Well organized; good follow through.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
